David Massey

David has over 20 years City experience, with a focus on smaller companies. Originally a UK equities fund manager, he moved into corporate finance with a stockbroking firm before becoming a financial journalist, where he was Managing Editor of the AFX Newswire service and a market correspondent for CNBC. For the last few years David has concentrated on smaller company IPOs, M&A and private equity transactions. David has a law degree from Oxford University and is the author of “The Investors Guide to New Issues” in addition to a number of other publications.
